BFLO Cheerleaders is an all-volunteer, non-profit cheer and dance organization for adults 18+, focused on creating positive change in the Buffalo community by using performance and leadership skills to serve. As high-visibility community ambassadors and performers our cheerleaders elevate local charitable fundraising, support local athletic organizations, enhance community-based initiatives, and mentor the next generation. BFLO Cheerleaders put our Passion to Purpose of dance and cheer to help support the Buffalo community. This non-profit organization is managed and operated by a collaborative coalition of former Buffalo professional cheerleaders and high-level dance instructors and performers who are experienced in mentoring, supporting, and leading this new legacy of community ambassadors. 

We envision a future where we are the leading force in strengthening the Buffalo community. We see a future where our organization bridges the gap between athletic excellence and sustainable community service, charitable impact and civic leadership. By creating a unified network where our Ambassadors, mentors and role models inspire collective action, we empower every participant and partner to use their passions for purpose to build essential bridges, foster mutual support, and drive lasting change for the future of the WNY region. 

The BFLO Cheerleaders mission is to strengthen the Buffalo Community and  drive positive change through charitable community service and educational support.  We engage adult volunteers (18+) as high-visibility Community Ambassadors to provide meaningful community service, support local non-profit fundraising, drive charitable outreach, enhance fan engagement, and boost civic awareness for community events. We achieve this by fostering growth and support by putting our Passion for dance and cheer for Purpose in the community. We aim to build a stronger Buffalo community. 

As an adult all-volunteer, non-profit organization, BFLO Cheerleaders is dedicated to public service, youth development, and civic engagement. Our high-visibility public performances serve as our primary charitable activity, designed to elevate fundraising, increase outreach for partnering community benefits and boost public morale at athletic and civic events. We foster volunteer growth by providing workshops, youth showcases and mentorship for future success. Our organization is further strengthened  by a Cheer Coalition of experienced mentors, which includes a guest Choreographer Initiative designed to support and showcase local talent, thereby fostering community collaboration and leadership development. We are committed to maximizing our impact on the Buffalo community through service with purpose.
